X Factor creator Simon Cowell is set to put his own money-making interests aside to make a charity single for the victims of the recent devastating Haiti earthquake.
It's rumoured the fund-raising idea was prompted by a request from the Prime Minister and will feature music by the likes of X Factor stars Cheryl Cole and Leona Lewis, 24, and Britain's Got Talent winner Susan Boyle, 48.
"We had a request from Gordon Brown and The Sun newspaper - would we put a record together?," explains Simon, 50. "We haven't got a lot of time, but we're going to put something together."
Cheryl, 26, told the BBC, "I think it's a fantastic thing to do. I'd love to be involved in it."
