Greenpeace holding building design contest to stop Heathrow expansion

Greenpeace is running a competition to design an 'impenetrable fortress' on the plot of land they have purchased on the site of Heathrow airport's proposed new runway.
The one-acre plot is in the village of Sipson to the north of the airport, which is the planned site of a 3rd runway and 6th terminal building. The constructing of which would wipe out around 700 homes in the area.
The aim of the fortress is to block bulldozers and shelter any campaigners who want to get involved in resisting the £7 billion project.
The Greenpeace website states, "We want to see how
we could fortify the Airplot so that, if the police and the bulldozers come to
turf us out, we'll be able to physically block the construction of a new
runway. Hopefully it will never come to that, because there's
no way a new government can continue to support the runway plans, but we
want to be prepared"
Apparently, comedian Alistair McGowan and sculptor Rachel Whiteread will be judging the competition. I just want to know one thing... how many air miles have they clocked up between them?
