The supermodel did meditation and yoga to prepare for new son's arrival

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen had a blissful experience when she gave birth to a bouncing baby boy named Benjamin at home on 8th December 2009.

The 29-year-old Brazilian, who's married to American Footballer Tom Brady, says she didn't want to be 'drugged up' so she embarked on a course of meditation and yoga to prepare her for her baby's birth - and apparently it didn't hurt one bit.

As a result of her holistic preparations, Gisele had a calm birth and delivered her first-born child at home in a bathtub.
